login and profile implemented on frontend. Ready for API to show whitelisted npubs on the front end.

Dash should show:
public/whitelisted relay status (checking if whitelist is false/true, display statuses for domain, kinds, users)
show whitelisted users (if not whitelist.yml is not empty), in a container on the index with a profile pic and username underneath for each user on the whitelist
purging status (interval, exclude whitelisted is true/false, what kinds are purged)
show backup relay if on is listed
show user syncing policy
show event time constraint policy
show rate and size limits (hidden in a larger dropdown)
show blacklist policies
