[Feature Request] Add Userscripts auto-update

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Userscript can be added through a url and can be manually updated by pressing the update button beside the script name on the user scripts list, but there is no way to auto-update them.

I would like the user scripts to auto-update like the ads lists.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I don't think there are alternatives but the features could be implemented in different ways:

• use same schedule as ad block list
• use different schedule
• enable auto-update only for specific scripts (could be useful for scripts which maybe the user doesn't fully trust)

This is something I have been meddling with lately. The difference between filter lists and user scripts is that the latter can inject code into your browser while the former are unequivocally benign, which is why I've opted not to add auto-updates thus far. Unlike mainstream solutions like Tampermonkey or Greasemonkey, I don't have the bandwidth to develop failsafes and malware safeguards. We had a lengthy discussion about the security implications of unadulterated script downloads in #73 (worth a read), and I honestly don't want to place the potential burden of downloading malware onto users, even if I were to add a hearty disclaimer. I'll leave this open as it is still a consideration of mine, and I'm curious what others in the community have to say on this topic.
