[BUG] After deleting default UserScript, it is added back.

Describe the bug
I removed the Bypass Paywall Clean userscript and each time I quit and open the app, it comes back.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Goto UserScripts
2. Remove Bypass Paywall Clean
3. Force quit app
4. Launch app and check UserScripts.

Expected behavior
Deleted default userscripts are not re-added.

I've deleted the Bypass Paywall Clean script as refreshing causes wBlock to load a .ru site. I have my router configured to block all inbound and outbound traffic from Russian causing wBlock to hang until the connection times out everything I hit refresh.

I also have a minor issue with Bypass Paywalls Clean filter - everytime Wblock is opened it shows in the log "Fetched version for filter Bypass Paywalls Clean filter" even though I successfully deselected/turned off both the filter and the Userscript (Bypass Paywalls Clean - en).

Another minor issue is when the show only the selected/turned on filters option/button (the top right circle) is chosen, it stays working only in Userscripts section but not Filters section. I.E. everytime Wblock is opened, Filters section shows all filters.

I am using Wblock 1.2.1 in iPhone and iPad both with iOS 18.4. The issues mentioned apply to both devices.

Unfortunately there's no way around this. US media sites have been pushing GitHub/GitLab/etc. to DMCA takedown any mirrors of paywall bypassing scripts, so the mirror from gitflic.ru (basically Russian GitHub) is currently the only way to keep that list up to date. I'll try to figure out if there's some other place I can fetch the list from, as I understand the concern about loading Russian sites.

The fact that you can delete default user scripts is a bug. Similar to how you cannot delete default filter lists, you should not be able to delete default scripts. I will remove this capability in the next release. there's no overhead associated with having it listed.
