Unable to Update to1.1.5 OTA

I tried to update to 1.1.5_ota_firmware.bin from 1.1.5-beta-sfa40-debug-47a75c6-dirty-ota-firmware.bin today but it failed. I downloaded and compiled the 1.1.5 soucre and this worked. However, OTA still would fail. I used webflasher to do a full erase and install of 1.1.3 and then 1.1.5 OTA worked.

No log data during failed attempts to upload.

OTA has been working flawlessly for the last several versions before today.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm currently on the 1.1.5 beta and I'm unable to perform an OTA update. I've rebooted the Aura but still no luck. On the 1st attempt to update I get an immediate "Upload failed (HTTP 404). If I try a 2nd attempt it shows uploading file for a few seconds and the I get "Device did not respond to OTA prepare request" (The Aura is 1 meter from the WiFi router).

Like shpegel above I had to disassemble case, connect to the USB port with the UART and do a wipe and reload of 1.1.3. From there after setting up WiFi again I was able to complete an OTA update of 1.1.5

I had the same issue coming from 1.1.5-beta-47a75c6-dirty. This work around fixed it for me as well.

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble.

Unfortunately, there was a bug in the beta firmware build that can prevent OTA uploads from being accepted. If your unit is already running that affected build, it cannot recover through OTA itself, so one manual update is required.

Flash it once through the Aura Web Installer using the upper USB-C port:

After that, OTA updates from the dashboard should work normally again.

Happened to me also without never having installed a beta update, fails everytime updating from 1.1.4. It only "succeeded uploading" once but device is stuck. I will have to unplug it but I am sure it won't go well.
