What happened
2i2c-org/infrastructure#6997 is a good win from @Georgiana. She noticed that not being able to conditionally roll out new versions of jupyterhub-home-nfs contributed to some P1 incidents that we could've prevented, and found a systematic solution to the problem that helps us not just now but in the future, and not just for that one project. Excellent work in solving classes of problems than just an individual problem.
