Different MIDI channels for left and right hand

It would be very nice if signals from the left and right keyboard go to different MIDI channels. Right now all signals go to channel 1.

I’ve implemented it to giabalanai keyboard so it would be possible for bandominedoni as well.

Let me check if it fits in the firmware on weekends.
