IMP not running at all?

Hey it's very possible that it's just something i got running that doesn't like IMP
But hey i figure if i report it here maybe i can get it working, especially since vintel doesn't seem to work anymore.

So basically, i download, extract it into my desktop, so i get the IMP folder on my desktop, open the folder, right click run as administrator, get the "busy" symbol on my mouse for... 10-15 seconds. Then nothing happens.

Thoughts?

You shouldn't run it as an administratior, just as your normal user. If it still doesn't work, I'd check whatever antivirus you're using to make sure it's not throwing a false positive.
