Video Object Freezes when viewed in Fullscreen #7344

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

Once you create a video object, place it on the editor, and preview the game, it works alright in windowed mode.

However, the moment the preview is set to Fullscreen mode, the video plays for a little bit before stuttering a little and freezing at random spots.
The video playback only continues when you:

A. Set the preview back to windowed mode.
B. Switch to another active window on your PC
or
C. Activate the inspector tool(ctrl+shift+i)

However, the issue is very confusing at the moment given how it worked perfectly on an entirely new project even in Fullscreen. And it used to work on the old project for more than a year plus the fact that the events had not been altered in any major way to begin with.
