Mapped name clears

Sometimes, the mapped name for an SVG element disappears after saving the panel, closing it, and opening it back up. It seems like it only happens when the mapping was created through clicking the SVG element. When added via the SVG mapping control panel, this issue doesn't occur (from my testing.)

onChangeItem && index && onChangeItem({ ...value, mappedName: mappedName }, index);

I'm pretty sure the error arises from the && index here. When index == 0 it will resolve as a false statement.
