Avoid lowercase letters or provide uppercase only version

Hi,

I'm having issues with adtpro.
in the file list it shows files in upper and lower case.
this works with my lowercase ROM but not with my uppercase only ROM.

when I highlight a file the lowercase letters end up garbage with my lowercase ROM.
which ROM do you suggest for the apple IIeuroplus? I've got ROM CRC BD8E0CF9

or could you provide an all uppercase version of ADTpro?

I don't have any europlus machines to test with, so I'm not going to be much help there.

I'm thinking about ways to make lowercase letters more legible on pre-IIe machines. Can you tell me the values you have in your machines that are in this table, and provide pictures of what your screens look like that you're describing above?
