Please have a look at task http://tasks.hotosm.org/job/42 to see if all buildings and roads are given the availability of imagery.

I've checked Imagery of Mentawai Islands (3 big islands) today in JOSM

The first island ( in the north)

North, west, and east side : good imagery, I can see all building and roads (scale around 20 m, even more detail)
but not good in the south (scale around 1,6 km)
my personal judgement, 80% of the 1st island has a good imagery

The second island (in the middle)

North and west-north side : good imagery, I can see all building and roads (scale around 20 m, even more detail)
but others side is bad, I can't see any building and road (scale around 1,6 km)
my personal judgment, 50% of the 2nd island has a good imagery

The third island. (in the south)

North : good imagery, I can see all building and roads (scale around 20 m, even more detail)
others side : bad. can't see any building and road (scale around 1,6 km)
my personal judgment, only 10% of the 3rd island has a good imagery.
