FixedWing - Build failed C4244

Hi, I have tried to build the FixedWing branch using build.cmd but unfortunately I get the following errors/warnings:

The first ones, concerning the RotorParams.hpp can be solved with this fix: microsoft#3136
But I could not find any fix for the ones in the VectorMath.hpp:

Please can somebody help me solving these problems
