[BUG]: Logo Navigation and Text Shadow

Bug Description

Issue #1 - Logo not navigating to top:
Expected behavior: Clicking the PictoPy logo should navigate to home page/top
Actual behavior: No navigation occurs

Issue #2 - Shadow bug on hover
Actual behavior: Shadow should occus below text.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce for Issue #1: Click on the PictoPy logo in the header and in the footer
Steps to reproduce for Issue #2: Hover on Pictopy icon
