[BUG]: Hamburger menu opens but renders no navigation items on mobile and the menu does not exist on the desktop.

Bug Description

-There exists a hamburger menu on the mobile but it does not show any content which we need to fix.
-Plus the hamburger menu does not exist on the desktop.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to pictopy.aossie.org on a mobile device.
2. Click on the hamburger menu icon in the top-right of the navbar.
3. Scroll down to see the menu contents.
4. See error — menu opens but is completely empty, no navigation links are visible.
