[BUG]: Cursor type inconsistent on "Apply for a GSoC spot with AOSSIE" button

Bug Description

On the landing page of the AOSSIE website, the button "Apply for a GSoC spot with AOSSIE" does not show the expected pointer (clickable) cursor on hover.

Instead, the cursor appears slightly different and does not clearly indicate that the element is clickable. This leads to inconsistent UI/UX behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the AOSSIE website
2. Go to the landing page
3. Locate the button "Apply for a GSoC spot with AOSSIE"
4. Hover over the button
5. Observe the cursor style
