SEARCHPATH only gets updated after checkout package is completed

When checking out a new package, awb will aromatically try to build it (generally libraries). The makefile in those libraries can not use awb-resolver to find dependencies inside the package itself because the package is not yet in the SEARCHPATH.

This is not a deal breaker: if the dependency is in the same package, then a relative path could be used.

But still, worth thinking about it
