Cross file edges

Currently there is edges between components and their containing files so you get like a tree thing, but I also wanna have edges representing imports so you can like see that one file uses a component from another file. I'd like those edges to be colored differently on the front end, but actually just focus on the backend for this issue and it's OK for now if it's python specific but implemented in like the extensible way where we could add other languages later. @MentatBot
