Updating the FW of BG96 is essential to use the plastic Sim and sample applicaitons.
1: Download QFlash_V4.8 and extract https://iotdevkit.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/QFlash_V4.8.zip
2: Modem FW location (A08) STM32CubeExpansion_CELLULAR_V6.0.0\Utilities\Modem_FW\BG96\Pack_BG96MAR02A08M1G_01.012.01.012
3: Find the FILE "HOW to flash BG96 board" in the path in step 2 and apply the steps.
4: Once the FW is updated: Build and run the cellular application
