Some minor changes

1. Write an About page. This page should include who we are, where the data comes from and some related declarations.
2. set the map navigation control. I think we don't need the "map" dropdownlist for satellite
3. Move the displaying position of #search_info_div to align with the "list" button on top-right
4. Add a list of place of interest as quick search.
