Snackbars are not visible when keyboard is opened

Steps to reproduce

1. Login screen
2. Put cursor in the passphrase field
3. Input 123
4. Press “Go” on keyboard
5. Snackbar is not visible

Detailed description

Snackbars must be placed right above the keyboard when it's opened, and on the bottom, when it's closed.

Expected behavior

Snackbars must be placed right above the keyboard when it's opened, and on the bottom, when it's closed.

Actual behavior

Snackbar always stays on the bottom, even when keyboard is opened
