Install fails #34

Describe the bug
First installation attempt: hung at the deploying OS image window. Gave up after 3hrs.
Second attempt: replaced the ssd thinking it might be the problem. This attempt errored out immediately

Expected behavior
Install completes in a reasonable amount of time
