Add option to show nana percent #282

There is an existing gecko code for showing Nana's percent. I think it hijacks the vanilla coin display code.

It would be cool to have a feature like this in TM-CE. However, it might not make sense to have it be always-on like this code. Also, I'd prefer to have the functionality implemented in the C side.
