[Feature Request] Hand / pan tool for navigating zoomed images #307

Hi! First of all, thank you for Gradia. It’s a beautifully designed app and so much fun to use. I’m trying it out for the first time on Linus and GNOME and really appreciate the overall workflow and polish.

I noticed that when an image is zoomed in, navigation is currently done via mouse scrolling (vertical scroll for up/down, Shift + scroll for left/right). This works, but it can feel a bit slow, and for users with jittery mouse wheels (like mine), it’s not always the most comfortable way to move around a zoomed image.

It would be amazing to have a “hand” / grab / pan tool (or a temporary pan mode via a modifier key, e.g. Space + drag), allowing the user to click-and-drag the canvas to move around while zoomed. This is a fairly standard interaction in image viewers and editors and would make detailed annotation work much smoother.

Thanks again for the great work on Gradia, and for considering this request! 🙏
Happy to help test or provide more feedback if useful.
