In the LinkPrediction.ipynb notebook the dataset version is not specified for the download.
I believe you used v10?
FYI that the link for v10 on https://www.aminer.cn/billboard/citation is not currently working. You can get around this by using the below alternative instead:
https://static.aminer.org/lab-datasets/citation/dblp.v10.zip
