closes unmigrated issue #86 in aind-data-migration-scripts.
This script parses through 3 files from the exaspim team to add
SpecimenProceduresfor a number of subjects, as well as update their existingSubjectProcedureswith their injection materials and correct protocol id (if there is one).Most of this information was sourced via Naveen Ouellette.
