Hi, it would be nice to see support for packaging in Linux distributions, pip and similar tools.

Why it's needed ?

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/raspher/Projects/aur/at-megawarc-git/megawarc/./megawarc", line 83, in <module>
    import zstandard
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'zstandard'

How it might be solved?
setup.(cfg|py) - recommended setup.py

SUMMARY
Please verify that it's real issue or it's not planned in this repository. If no one want to fix it, i might try do this first time in my life. However basic info of working dependencies versions should be provided by someone who uses it ATM.
