Feature request: allow custom URL for manager client site

I had trouble with the default manager.com URL for running a local instance of the Manager client site. Instead of hardcoding a URL for this secondary site, what about allowing the user to choose their local URL, like with the additional sites feature? I don't know enough about Docker to be able to implement this myself.

More info: for some reason, on my machine manager.com kept redirecting to a "live" manager.com URL even after aliasing the domain in my /etc/hosts file. In this branch I changed all instances of manager.com to manager.local instead, which is working well for me after re-running build-image.sh.

Can you have a look at this -> https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42257228/mac-osx-changing-etc-hosts-has-no-effect-even-after-killing-mdnsresolver and see if maybe there is an easy to miss formatting issue or something like that? the hosts file should work.

You can easily test with ping manager.com and confirming it's pinging 127.0.0.1, no need to modify the whole thing just for testing.

Still not sure what's going on with manager.com, but changing all instances to manager.local and rebuilding the Docker image works just fine, so it's not important.

This shows that hosts is working... could be something in the browser then
