Issues with Debugging

Hi everyone,

This is my first post in the forum, so thanks for the help and thanks for your patience in case I forget to mention something important. Please feel free to point out whether I should add more files or logs to the discussion.

I have an issue with the debugger in Visual Studio with Avalonia. The debugger is stuck at the splash screen and I can not get my application to actually load. When I run the published application, then the splashscreen is visible only for a few fractions of seconds. But with Visual Studio debugger, I am unable to get past the splash screen. The How-to-reproduce is:

1. Install Visual Studio 2022 Professional version 17.12.4 (latest as of today)
2. Install Avalonia version 11.2.1
3. Install dotnet 9.0 SDK version 9.0.102
4. Then start updating the dotnet environment
5. dotnet workload install wasm-tools
6. dotnet new install avalonia.templates
7. dotnet tool install --global dotnet-serve
8. dotnet workload update
9. Please find log created during dotnet environment update here: dotnet_SDK_update_log.txt
10. Create new project based on "Avalonia Cross Platform Application (AvaloniaUI)"

12. Please find Directory.Packages.props here: Directory.Packages.props.txt
13. Please find browser csproj file here: AvaloniaApplication1.Browser.csproj.txt
14. Now when I start the debugger for the AvaloniaApplication1.Browser, it is getting stuck on the splash screen

16. If I publish the app with "dotnet publish", then the splash screen is not stuck and will be replaced with the application:

IIRC publish will AOT compile with trimming. Which is often significantly faster to load. But I am no expert on web assembly and could be wrong.
