Add an architecture overview for the Axionvera network repo.

Current Behaviour

The repo may be hard to understand because node runtime, peer handling, consensus, storage, config, and diagnostics are not clearly documented.

Expected Behaviour

The repo should explain high-level architecture and module responsibilities after cleanup.

Suggested Implementation

Create architecture docs with module descriptions and README links.
