Shift Clicking some recipies to slot lock the machine come up wrong sometimes.

So, while I was setting up automation on a Qubit I went to shift click on the + a the recipe from EMI into an Assembler to slot lock it and it came up as 2 ALUs, 2 Carbon Plates, and 6 Superconductor Wires and that's it, it completely missed the glass panes. Tried it a couple of times before I gave up, clicked the Lock Editing Disabled to switch it to Lock Editing Enabled and dropped in the glass panes. Conversely even Refined Storage's Pattern Grid screwed it up as well with one glass pane instead of 2. I think there were a few other patterns like that as well that when you Shift click on the + it'll bork up the pattern that it locks into the machine, but can't remember what they are off the top of my head. O.o Maybe it's an issue with EMI, maybe not? Don't know. >.<

Oh right, Pattern Grid also screwed up the cooling cells, 1 fluid pipe instead of 3, which required a modification to the pattern before clicking Create Pattern.

It's interesting that it happens with RS's pattern grid too. It may be an EMI bug. Without being able to look into it at the moment, I presume the issue is related to recipe inputs that accept a tag that matches multiple items and it does not know which item to lock to the slot. I vaguely remember running into that as well but I disregarded it and just locked the item manually by dragging from EMI.

Well, I just scrapped EMI for JEI and same thing with the Assembler and Qubit . But RS and Qubit works. Uh, cooling cells. with RS, fixed. So EMI broke the RS / MI pattern creation but the Assembler problem persists with JEI and EMI, it won't put glass panes in when shift + clicking the recipe in to lock the slots.

Could very well be that multi item for one item thing.

Yeah my best guess is MI isn't handling multiple choice items properly
