Notes

⚠️ .NET SDK Generation: The .NET SDK was not generated because there is no .NET emitter (@azure-tools/typespec-csharp) configured in the tspconfig.yaml file. If .NET SDK generation is required, the service owner should add the appropriate .NET emitter configuration to specification/codesigning/CodeSigning.Management/tspconfig.yaml and re-run the SDK generation process.

Next Steps

As specified in the original request, these SDKs should NOT be released yet. They will be released later by the service owner (@ashuku). The generated SDK pull requests are now available for review and testing.
