Old version of aws sdk missing us-east-2 region

We are in the Ohio region so us-east-2 and when I try to run Conductor I get the following error:
Cannot create enum from us-east-2 value!

IIRC, the AWS SDK version is restricted by an upstream transitive dependency in Spark. Do you know if this is fixed with a later version of Spark?

us-east-2 was added in the AWS SDK version 1.11.44
