Allow users to favorite/like Documents/Packets while logged in #102
Description
Users could favorite or like (or some other verb) certain documents and packets they choose to.
While logged in, the site could display the user's favorites more prominently. While browsing anonymously, the site could also summarize the favorites from all accounts and display those prominently.
This metric would likely work better than or in tandem with recording number of visits for "popular" documents and packets.
