Unique identifier for each sample

Each sample should have a unique identifier rather than just using "sequencing_sample_id" as it can lead to duplicates in the database

This is now more important due to the new pipeline-manager module. As it would override those files from samples with the same sequencing_sample_id

The most optimal approach would be to send a request to relecov-platform API in or after the download process in order to assign a unique ID and use it through the rest of the workflow
