Related to #94, using ChatGPT or another LLM, create automated summaries of research summaries for each professor to make it easier for students to know which professors to look into.

IMO, it is easier to use some method to tag topics to professors and sort that way. Reading a bunch of LLM generated research summaries feels like an inefficient way to find professors that match your research interests.
