Hi, you can grab raw input from the payload using using file_get_contents() and assign callback data to array variable. For example

 $data = json_decode(file_get_contents('php://input'), true);
 $array = $data['Body']['stkCallback'];

  //You can now retrieve array elements easily:
  $result_code = $array['ResultCode'];
  $amount = $array['CallbackMetadata']['Item'][0]['Value'] 

You can then implement your custom logic, such as saving your entries to db
