Bug: cannot execute: required file not found

All of the sudden, the action stopped to work throwing the Error

Expected:
The action worked fine last Friday June 20th.

UPDATE
Only happens if I setup a service Container in the GH Action Workflow. Once removed the service Container, things got back to normal.
