Feature request- A165 POE module support

I'm wondering if you've also done any work with the "POE Module for StamPLC (W5500)" accessory ?(SKU A160)

I'm not really about powering the StamPLC from the POE add-on, since this stuff is typically in a cabinet with power easily available. But I'd very much like Ethernet connectivity instead of Wi-Fi.

For power, I suppose if one wanted to get fancy (& compact), and even gain another controlled-AC circuit, I could ask about support for the "AC/DC Power Supply Module for StamPLC" (SKU A160), But I figure that one might be more straight-forward in ESPHome YAML, and is not as critical as having Ethernet.

A quick look at the pin map indicates that the POE accessory uses SPI so it's just a matter of configuring ESPHome's SPI component.
