Link CognitionFrame - MotionFrame and Video together

Each cognition frame has a single closest motion frame and each motion frame has a single closest cognition frame but multiple motion frames can have the same closest cognition frame.

I want to save this information in the database somehow.

Also we need to link each video frame to a cognition frame.
