Grassland - add management vertical lines when using a line chart

• based on managementFile in configuration stored in simulations/projectxy read weather file in scenarios/management/ folder
• visualise it in main plot as vertical lines when the type of plot is line chart
  • make possible to remove them by clicking a button on chart (hopefully this could be done automatically by echarts), this most likely depends whether it is a markLine, or series
  • choose different colours for mowing and fertilisation
  • use values as labels at the top of the line
