@AlasdairGray YAML specifications use both schema and bioschemas namespace for bioschemas types/profiles. We better be consistent and use bioschemas by now. This might require changes in GoWeb @ricardoaat

Where this appears in the Gene profile https://github.com/BioSchemas/bioschemas.github.io/blob/9082cd4ca41b4521774c4cc789b499f9537c25a9/_profiles/Gene/0.4-RELEASE-2019_11_10.html#L328, is a result of the content put in the expected types column of the property. This is not something that is processed by the GoWeb tool.

That being said, we do need to decide whether we are assuming that our types will be included in schema.org and therefore continue using their namespace or whether we mint our own types in the Bioschemas namespace.
