Looking at https://github.com/BioSchemas/specifications/blob/master/DataCatalog/examples/0.3-DRAFT/DisProt_jsonld.json, the provider is a person, with no clear link to the actual DataCatalog. Is this person who provided the example? Is this person the one in charge of the whole data catalog?
Following the example for this provider property at https://bioschemas.org/profiles/DataCatalog/0.3-RELEASE-2019_07_01/, I suggest naming the group or organization providing the data catalog. If a group, then the sourceOrganization property can be use to link to the whole organization.
