Add BioHackrXiv reports to publications page #623

The publications page has one BioHackrXiv report listed from BioHackathon Japan 2020 https://biohackrxiv.org/8qdse//

The reports from BioHackathon Europe 2020, 2021, and 2022 should be added

Since presentations are automatically ingested from presentations.csv, but publications are not, the publications may appear out of order from the presentations. It may be better to separate out publications and presentations into two different sections so that publications can eventually be ingested in a similar fashion and so that everything is listed from newest to oldest in their respective sections.

The report from BioHackathon Europe 2024 should be added too: https://osf.io/preprints/biohackrxiv/dch6w_v2?view_only= (Version 2 DOI will be created shortly, correcting a broken reference link after Version 1.)

I will look at adding all of these, including the ones Alasdair mentions above, if they are not already present.
