New resources

Hi @lshep @mblue9 - I have added some resources to resources/resources-table.tsv (see this commit and this commit). They don't seem to show up, so I was wondering of there was another action missing.

Thanks Laurent! The page wasn't updating because it was still using Quarto freeze, so GitHub Actions wasn't re‑rendering it. I’ve now removed freeze since we don't need it anymore, your new resources should show up automatically.
