Jetpack vertical speed while hovering is underwhelming #74

as someone who's coming from minecraft 1.12.2 with things like angel ring and draconic chest for truly creative flight, I find the emerald jetpack quite the decent alternative, but unfortunately the vertical speeds while using hover mode are less than half the speed of basic creative vertical, which feels weird considering you move horizontally at almost 6x creative. it'd be nice to see the default config numbers increased

after messing around in the configs for a while I've come up with a formula to calculate what the hover ascend and descend should be.
speedHoverAscend = speedVertical
speedHoverDescend = speedVertical + speedHover
