Don't use Tor for private networks

Please don't use Tor even if enabled in setting for private networks IP address spaces (10.0.0.0/8, 192.168.0.0/16 etc).

For example when I use my private local Electrum server, I don't want to use Tor for this connection obviously, but I do want to use Tor for all other stuff (e.g oracle server).

So if I set private IP address in Green's setting as my Electrum server, Tor shouldn't be used for it, even if Tor enabled in settings.
