Human Variants Species Restrictions from Salvage Gantry

Description of issue

Huamn variants can't join the Salvage Gantry. (Grav/Space Adapt, Vatgrown, Genemodders)

Try to join the Salvage Gantry.

Issue bingo

• Issue could be reproduced at least once
• Issue could be reproduced by different players
• Issue could be reproduced in multiple rounds
• Issue happened in a recent (less than 7 days ago) round
• Couldn't find an existing issue about this

This is because whitelisted_species is set to only Human and IPC. This line will need to be changed if the gantry author wishes to correct this:

Issue referenced in merged PR: #1680. Issue may be fixed.

Grav-Adapt, Space-Adapt, Vat-Grown, Tritonian, Booster, and Mule humans are now able to join.
Genemodders are still unable to join as gantry crew. Unsure if bug or intentional.
