Lots of Tape may be placed onto doors

Description of issue

You can take a tape roll (Example: Police Tape), and spam-click a door to place a ridiculous amount of tape onto it, I do not think that should be possible

Difference between expected and actual behavior

you'd expect to only tape a tile once, but you can cover it as much as you want, same happens for doors

take roll of tape (Like police tape) and spam-click a door
