Bug/Problem - Missing Icon and “Vendor Can Contact” Setting in weForms Integration with Dokan #250

Description:

The integration between weForms and Dokan enables vendors to easily submit their preferred queries, suggestions, or report issues through the contact form on the Dokan multivendor site.

We have detailed documentation explaining how to set up and use this integration: 🔗 Create a Vendor Contact Form for Dokan

However, there are a few issues noticed during implementation:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install and activate both Dokan and weForms.
  2. Enable the Vendor Contact Form from the Dokan admin settings.
  3. Observe the Admin Dashboard after enabling the integration.

Observed Issues:

  1. The weForms Vendor Contact Form menu appears in the admin dashboard, but no related icon is displayed beside the menu item.
  2. The “Vendor Can Contact” setting mentioned in the documentation is missing under the integration settings.
According to the documentation, this setting allows the admin to enable the option: “Allow vendors to contact admin from the dashboard area.”

Due to the absence of this option, the “Contact Now” button does not appear on the vendor dashboard, preventing vendors from using the contact form as intended.

Expected Behavior:

• The Vendor Contact Form menu in the admin dashboard should display the correct icon.
• The “Vendor Can Contact” option should be available under the weForms integration settings.
• Once enabled, the “Contact Now” button should appear in the vendor dashboard, allowing vendors to contact the admin directly.

Environment Details:

• Dokan Version: 4.1.2
• weForms Version: 1.6.25
• WooCommerce Version: 10.2.2
