Config to disable the block generation in the world

Would be nice to have the option to disable the generation of the different stone types in the world.
Also maybe a config setting to disable certain item groups like the tile blocks, the colored stone bricks and so on.

I second this, it would be useful to have a config file regarding what blocks can and cannot generate

Both Create and Blockus add their versions of limestone to world generation, and since Create makes use of its limestone, it would be helpful if Blockus world gen could be disabled.

bump: definitely need this. or Create "compatibility" where it'll just auto disable block types when detecting create at startup.
